The following areas of Camping World Stadium provide access:

  • Gate A: Located on northeast corner of stadium near intersection of Church St. & Rio Grande Ave.
  • Gate B: Located on east side of stadium off Rio Grande Ave.
  • Gate C (AdventHealth): Located on southeast corner of stadium off of Rio Grande Ave.
  • Gate D (FunSpot): Located on southwest corner of stadium near Tinker Field and Parking Lots G, H & J
  • Gate E: Located on west side of stadium off Tinker Field
  • Gate F (Massey Services): Located on northwest corner of stadium off Church Street & Tinker Field
  • North Rollup Window: Team/Player Guest Pickup & Entry Only. Located at north end of stadium off of Church Street.

Sensory accessibility resources and dedicated sensory rooms are available inside Camping World Stadium. Visit the guest services booth, located just inside Gate A, for more information.

courtesy cart service is available to mobility impaired fans from designated areas surrounding Camping World Stadium.  The carts will only transport to FanFest on Tinker Field prior to the event or directly to the gates once gates open.

There is a main mobility hub tent on the east and west of the stadium with wheelchair service to gates.

Due to heavy pedestrian traffic post game, cart service will be suspended for 30 minutes at the end of 4th quarter. However wheel chair services will continue at Gates C and D to the main mobility hubs. Cart Service will continue until one hour post game.

Florida Citrus Sports Account Manager is your one-stop shop for all online account management! You are able to manage your tickets online and make the most out of your membership tickets. Renew and pay your season ticket invoice, edit and update your account contact information, forward tickets via e-mail, reprint lost/stolen tickets, post tickets for sale, purchase additional regular season tickets and access event presales.

Access to ADA parking requires both a paid ADA-specific parking pass for the applicable lot AND an official state-issued disability tag. ADA spaces are allotted in Lot 6.

ADA seating is along the Sideline Goal areas at the Field level (100 sections) and all around the bowl at the Plaza level (P sections).

ADA tickets can be found on Ticketmaster.com in the same place general seating tickets are sold. To locate ADA seating, first click on the “Filters” button on the right side of the page and toggle on the ADA Icon ().

Camping World Stadium welcomes guide or assistance dogs utilized by disabled or visually impaired persons. All other animals are prohibited.

All bags that are permitted inside the venue will be subject to a search by staff. Guests with prohibited items will be asked to return them to their vehicle prior to entering the venue.

The Camping World Stadium box office is only open on event days. The box office is located between Gate A and Gate F (Massey Services) and opens two (2) hours prior to the start of the event.

On non-event days, please visit the Kia Center box office located at 400 W. Church Street. Hours of operation for the Kia Center box office are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. You can also call the box office at 407.440.7900. The Kia Center box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Cameras with detachable lenses and/or lenses 3 inches or longer are not permitted in the stadium.

Charter bus parking is made available on an event-by-event basis and sold through Florida Citrus Sports. Guests who will be utilizing public downtown bus transportation can ride the free game day shuttle to the stadium. Children who have reached their second birthday by the date of the event must have a ticket for entry.

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite patron entry to Camping World Stadium, a ‘clear bag’ policy will be implemented. This policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the stadium.

We strongly encourage patrons to not bring any type of bags, but have outlined which types of bags are permissible.

Patrons will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 14″ x 14″ x 6”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Purses larger than a clutch bag
  • Coolers
  • Briefcases
  • Backpacks
  • Fanny packs
  • Cinch bags
  • Luggage of any kind
  • Computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size

Patrons will continue to be able to enjoy their tailgate activities in the parking lots and to do so with greater safety and the knowledge that their entry into the stadium will be smoother and faster. They also will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the stadium, such as binoculars, cameras, and smartphones.

Florida Citrus Sports and Orlando Venues are committed to providing a superb, memorable and exciting experience in a safe environment for all of our patrons. Anyone interfering with the event or disturbing other guests may be escorted from the stadium and could be subject to prosecution.

CAMPING WORLD STADIUM RULES & REGULATIONS

Camping World Stadium is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and parking lots. The following is a list of behaviors that will not be tolerated:

  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
  • Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption or drug use
  • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
  • Distributing handbills, pamphlets, etc., unless authorized by stadium management and the licensee renting the facility
  • Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat
  • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
  • Obscene or indecent clothing
  • Disruption to the progress of the event by a guest’s actions, including throwing or kicking objects
  • Behavior which otherwise interferes with other guests’ enjoyment
  • Smoking* except in designated locations (*This policy applies to electronic and smokeless cigarettes) and spitting tobacco
  • Entering the stadium with unlawful weapons of any kind (except those required by Florida Law)
  • Standing on chair seats or stepping over chair backs
  • Standing or sitting in walkways, aisles or ramps
  • Placing cups on the wall
  • Failing to follow event staff instructions
  • Re-entering the stadium

For many patrons, eating stadium food is a cherished part of the game day experience. With that in mind, Camping World Stadium will continue to offer great-tasting traditional food staples like hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, chicken tenders and nachos while also offering more exciting culinary options like mojo grilled chicken, beef or chicken tinga tacos, sausage poboys, local beer-braised brats and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. We’ve also added gluten-free options to the menu.

No matter where you are in the stadium there are also numerous beverage options on tap including bottled water, soda, domestic & imported beer, wine, liquor and energy drinks. Please note, it is standard policy to remove bottle caps from any bottled beverages. In some instances, shows will request pour-only, in which case all beverages will be poured into cups and served to patrons.

Concession stands like the Central Grill, Rio Grande Tex Mex and Tangerine Tap along with numerous mobile carts are strategically placed on both concourse levels and in the Club spaces so you won’t to have to travel far to quench your thirst or fill your stomach. Camping World Stadium has 28 permanent concession stands with 14 on the Field level concourse, 6 on the Plaza Level and 8 on the Terrace level. In addition, numerous beverages and snacks are offered by mobile vendors inside the stadium.

There will be an ATM and Reverse ATM (cash to card) outside Section 151.

Elevators are located on the east side of the stadium by gate B and on the west side of the stadium by gate E.

Additionally, there are eight (8) escalators for public use. Escalators are available on each corner of the stadium (by gates A, C, D, and F) which provide access to the plaza and terrace level seating.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, Camping World Stadium staff will utilize the public address system to inform our guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

The primary first aid office is located on the field level by Gate C across from section 113. There are also roving medical staff throughout the stadium during events.

There is a strict no re-entry policy this season at Camping World Stadium. Once you exit through a gate, you will not be allowed back into the stadium.

RV Parking Policy

  • If you plan on towing ANYTHING to the parking lot behind your vehicle (this includes BBQ Cooker/Smoker, Trailer, Standard Size Automobile or boat) you will be REQUIRED to present an additional pass for the item being towed. Any vehicles arriving to the parking lot on event day without the proper parking permits in hand WILL NOT be admitted to the parking lot. (this excludes guests who have purchased and RV + Tow Permit)
  • On event day, please arrive with all food, beverage, and supplies needed for the day because of the no in/out policy.
  • There are no RV hookups, electrical, or plumbing available at in Camping World Stadium parking lots. Port-o-lets will be available in each lot.
  • Charcoal Cooking – Fires are not to be left unattended. Do not place hot grills under your vehicle.
  • Generators are permitted. Generator smoke must not be directed to neighboring RVs.
  • Fire extinguishing material is required when grilling.
  • No reserving of parking spaces. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • No empty stalls between cars.
  • No glass containers or glass bottles.
  • You must provide your own trash bags.
  • Loudspeakers are prohibited (unless permitted by the City of Orlando through the Orlando Police Department.
  • All vehicles that enter Camping World Stadium parking lots are subject to search.
  • In the event of severe weather, some lot entrances may be temporarily closed, and you will be asked to remain in your vehicle until further notice.
  • Infringing on another guest’s tailgating area is prohibited
  • Political campaigning, picketing, or distributing handbills/pamphlets is prohibited
  • Banners and flags are permitted provided they are not commercial, political, offensive, or in poor taste.
  • Sampling or distributing of items by unauthorized individuals is prohibited
  • Unauthorized solicitation of any kind is prohibited
  • Unlawful weapons and fireworks are not permitted in the parking lots
  • Fans that participate in disorderly conduct, including profanity, will be ejected

All sales for the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl are final, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed unless otherwise noted.

Camping World Stadium reserves the right to remove any patron that is deemed disruptive or abusive to other patron, staff, athletes, coaches, performers and/or officials.

Camping World Stadium has 75 restrooms – 25 on the Field level, 32 on the Plaza level and 18 on the Terrace level.

The designated Ride Share pick-up and drop-off location is at the Jones High School Admin Lot on Rio Grande Ave.

PLEASE NOTE: Stadium entry gates will open approximately two (2) hours before kickoff.

Search Process

In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required to prevent guests from bringing unauthorized and prohibited items into the stadium. Guests who refuse to submit to visual or pat-down searches will be refused entry. Security personnel will conduct these searches. The guest must throw the prohibited item in the trash or return it to their vehicle or mobile locker. Search sticks may be used to move items around, if necessary. The guest should remove any items in question.

Seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, compartments or covers are not permitted. Seat cushions that have rigid frames are not permitted. Soft, flexible seat cushions without pockets may be carried into the stadium.

The seating rows in Camping World Stadium start at ‘A’ and continue through the alphabet as the rows ascend further from the field. Once the alphabet is finished, it starts over in double letters (AA, BB, CC, etc.) until the section is finished. The seat numbers start at the lowest possible number on the left side of the row and increase by one each seat until the end of the row. A static stadium map is below for your convenience.

The SEC team will be on the east sideline and the Big Ten team will be on the west sideline.

Signs 11″x17″ and smaller are allowed to be brought inside Camping World Stadium. Signs larger than 11″x17″ or that contain indecent or derogatory comments/images, political statements or commercial references are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted inside Camping World Stadium at any time. No exceptions.

Designated smoking areas outside of the seating area are available and are subject to change.

  • Field Level – Near East Breezeway by 119; North Concourse by outer wall across from Sec.145
  • Plaza Level – North and South of elevator landings
  • Terrace Level – Sections 208 & 234 (behind center stairwells, between inner and outer walls)

Strollers are permitted into the stadium but must be checked into guest services near section 148 (north box office).

Tailgating is allowed in all Camping World Stadium lots EXCEPT Bus Lot 3 and Jones High School. Please note that tailgating is permitted in Lot 3 for regular car parking; only bus parking in Lot 3 is prohibited.

On the day of an event held at Camping World Stadium and/or Tinker Field, and during the twelve-hour periods immediately preceding and following any such event, it shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit, offer for sale or sell any service, merchandise, object, food or drink on or from any of the following streets and the sidewalks and public rights-of-way adjacent thereto:

(1) W. Anderson Street, between S. Rio Grande Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(2) Carter Street, between S. Tampa Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(3) Central Boulevard, between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(4) W. Church Street, between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(5) Colyer Street, between S. Rio Grande Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(6) State Road 408 (East-West Expressway), between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(7) W. Jackson Street, between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Tampa Avenue;
(8) Long Street, between S. Tampa Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(9) S. Nashville Avenue, between W. Central Boulevard and Long Street;

Florida Citrus Sports allows for the resell and/or transfer of tickets through Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster Account Manager.

Umbrellas are not permitted inside Camping World Stadium. It is recommended to bring a light poncho in the event that it should rain. Please see “Prohibited Items” for a full list of items that are not allowed to be brought inside the venue.

Weapons of any kind are not permitted inside Camping World Stadium. Licensed law enforcement officials attending the event as a guest are also prohibited from carrying weapons.

The Cheez-It Citrus Bowl is played “rain or shine”. We recommend that you bring a light poncho, in the event that it should rain, as umbrellas are not permitted into the stadium.

Wheelchairs are allowed inside Camping World Stadium. Please note that there is no place to store wheelchairs once inside the stadium. Please see “Accessibility” for more details regarding on-site assistance for disabled individuals.

Significant upgrades have been made for Wi-Fi coverage in the stadium. Complimentary Wi-Fi is made available to patrons attending events in Camping World Stadium. Simply connect to CWSGuestWiFi. No password required. Agree to terms and conditions and click ‘continue’.

Will call tickets can be picked up at the Camping World Stadium North Box Office, which typically opens two hours before the start of the event.

Player/Team Guest Will Call is located at the North Roll-Up Gate located near the box office on the north end of the stadium.
