Florida Citrus Sports is bringing a new twist to its 80th Cheez-It Citrus Bowl celebration with a high-energy cocktail competition at Lamp & Shade in Orlando’s Mills 50 District.
Kicking off at 6:30 p.m. ET, the event features more than a dozen of Orlando’s top bartenders — including mixologists from Permanent Vacation, Hideaway Bar, Space 220 and others — facing off in a bracket-style showdown. Each will craft original Cheez-It Citrus Bowl-inspired cocktails using featured spirits from Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Don Q Rum.
A panel of local and national media personalities will select the winning creations, which will be showcased throughout bowl week leading up to this year’s matchup between No. 13 Texas and No. 18 Michigan.
