Cornhuskers, Gamecocks Give Back At Day For Kids

Players and coaches from Nebraska and South Carolina met at DisneyQuest for Day for Kids, a charity event with the Florida Citrus Sports Foundation. South Carolina Takes on Nebraska in 2012 Capital One Bowl

On behalf of its Selection Committee, Florida Citrus Sports’ Chairman Michel Champagne and CEO Steve Hogan announced today that the South Carolina Gamecocks and Nebraska Cornhuskers have been selected to play in the 2012 Capital One Bowl.  The New Year’s classic will kick off at 1:00 p.m. on January 2nd from Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium in Orlando and will be televised nationally by ESPN. Finalists for New Public Address Announcer Announced (with Video)

Florida Citrus Sports CEO Steve Hogan announced the five finalists for the new public address announcer of Orlando’s bowl games on Friday. The five men will compete during a live audition at Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium on Friday, Dec. 2.
