Big Ten Week 11 Preview

No. 24 Northwestern (7-2, 3-2 Big Ten) travels to Ann Arbor to meet the Wolverines (6-3, 4-1 Big Ten). We gave this game a further look in a Weekend Spotlight.

The Indiana Hoosiers (4-5, 2-3 Big Ten) could play their way into the Big Ten Championship Game when they host the Wisconsin Badgers (6-3, 3-2 Big Ten). They will have to break the pattern of recent history; Indiana has only won two of the last 15 games against Wisconsin.

No. 16 Nebraska (7-2, 4-1 Big Ten) hosts Penn State (6-3, 4-1 Big Ten) in a matchup with unique postseason implications. Although Penn State has no bowl prospects, a win over the Huskers would secure a winning season and also open the door for the Northwestern/Michigan winner to reenter the hunt for the Legends Division crown.

Purdue (3-6, 0-5 Big Ten) travels to Iowa (4-5, 2-3 Big Ten) in a must-win game for both teams. The Boilermakers must win out to be bowl eligible. While Iowa can still afford one loss and make it to the postseason, they close the year against Nebraska.

Minnesota (5-4, 1-4 Big Ten) looks to be bowl eligible for the first time since 2009 when they travel to Champaign to meet Illinois (2-7, 0-5 Big Ten).
