Planning to attend Orlando’s New Year’s Day Classic? Here’s some important information for Game Day to help plan your trip.
Parking & Game Day Shuttle
Public parking is available on a presold basis through ParkMobile. Stadium parking permits may be purchased online or by calling 866-330-PARK (7275). Lots will sell out.
On game day, all stadium parking lots are manned and reserved for permit parking, recreational vehicles, chartered buses, and disabled parking. No traffic will be allowed on stadium roads during game day without pre-paid permits.
The City of Orlando provides FREE non-stop shuttle service for football fans attending the bowl game from satellite parking sites in the Downtown Orlando area on game day.
Florida Citrus Sports encourages all fans to utilize the shuttle if they do not have a pre-paid parking pass. See updated shuttle information on the Shuttle page.
Clear Bag Policy
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry, Florida Citrus Sports has implemented an NFL-style ‘clear bag’ policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the Camping World Stadium.
We strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but have outlined which types of bags are permissible.
Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” (pictured below)
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
Small clutch bags that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” can be taken into the stadium in addition to one of the clear plastic bags.
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
Prohibited Items
A list of prohibited items can be found at CampingWorldStadium.com.
There are no provisions to check items at the gates or in the stadium. Fans will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their car if they have not entered the stadium, or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium. The City of Orlando/Camping World Stadium is not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited.
Security personnel reserve the right to inspect any item at any time and prohibit any item deemed inappropriate for crowd safety or detrimental to others enjoying the event.
Tailgating Policies
Parking spaces in stadium lots are for vehicles only. Tailgating items (chairs, tables, etc.) must be confined to the small area in front of or behind your vehicle. Guests who take over any additional parking spaces to tailgate will be asked to clear out those spaces. Cars, tables, chairs, barbecue grills must be confined to one space. There should not be empty spaces between cars and tailgaters should not expect to occupy empty spaces near their party. RVs will be given enough room for awning on one side of vehicle only.
No couches or other indoor furniture is allowed.
No glass containers or bottles, beer kegs, or open fires. Fire extinguishing material is required when grilling. Dumping of hot coals in the lot or trash receptacles is prohibited. Please refrain from ball or Frisbee throwing in open lots until lot is completely parked.
